As summer settles in, so does the special pace of farm life.  Depending on the weather, m ost of our crops begin arriving in early to mid-July.  We’ll pick the crops to sell in our farm market and at our tailgate farmers markets, and you can pick-your-own fruits and veggies for tonight’s dinner!

Bring the family out to Von Thun Farms for a good old-fashioned afternoon and some fresh air.  We’re just a short country drive away from you, but it’s a step back in time!  Visit our Farm Market, Pick-Your-Own veggies,

Juicy Raspberries and Blackberries
Pick your own raspberries signal the coming of summer. Red raspberries are usually available beginning mid-July and last throughout the summer. Blackberries are most abundant in early-August and tend to last just a few weeks.  Pick-your-own or get them fresh picked in our market.

If you want your fruits and veggies as fresh as fresh can be, come on’ out to the farm and pick them yourself!  We’ve grown ‘em…you pick ‘em!  Our knowledgeable sales staff will gladly direct you to the proper pick-your-own fields. Please do not pick undesignated crops in undesignated areas.  We understand that it’s human nature to taste while you pick, please refrain from eating while you pick!
